He is survived by: his father Bates Hood, Sr.; his sons, Peyton James Hood, Demery George Hood, Brent Leo "Bad" Hood, Jr. and Michael Lee Hood; his wife Claudia Hood; his daughter Laneisha Hood; his pets, Biggie, Hopper and Puma; his sisters, Trudy Hood and Lovetta Hood; his sisters-in-law, Mimi Johnson and Dawn Johnson; his brothers, Bates Hood Jr., Llewelyn Hood, Jim Koster and Lyle Whitney; his brothers-in-law, Bunky Johnson (Sally), Richard Johnson and Sheridan Banks; his nieces, Tiara Grassrope and Jesslyn Estes; his granddaughters, Hailey and Anjelica Grassrope; his aunts and uncles, Marlene Quinn, Beverly Wilson, Arnold Sazue, Emmett Goodface and Charlie Quinn; and his nieces and nephews, Nina Lanae, Billie Jean, Collin Latrell, Dominique Odell Jr., Ethan Jordan, Bates Henry III, Tayne Verdell, Marlyn James, Felix Stanley and Brycen Lee. He is also survived by brothers, a great friend, an amazing uncle, cousin, outdoorsman, son, and incredible husband.
