She was predeceased by: her parents, Erling S. Byrkeland and Melba Byrkeland (Tschetter); and her brother Jerry "JB" Byrkeland. She is survived by: her son Dayna Frank of Lesterville; her siblings, Heather Hansen of Owasso, OK, Mary Beth Gergen (Gerald) of Dallas, SD, Madonna Byrkeland (Cindy) of Richmond, VA and John Byrkeland (Beth) of Algona, IA; and her sister-in-law Jan Byrkeland of Yankton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
