It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Rohweder of Leola, South Dakota, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rohwedder and Ruth Rohwedder (Broadbent). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Alldritt; his daughters, Jo Lynn Pugh (Shawn), Ann Menzia (Eric), Jessica Schaffer (Shawn) and Betty Austin (Elliot Kjer); his grandchildren, Demi Haar, Sanjay Raman (Alexandra), Nick Menzia, Samantha Menzia, Sara Menzia, Averie Schaffer, Trinity Schaffer, Hailey Schaffer, Bria Austin, Evan Austin (Shaira Cruz), Connor Austin, Madison Kjer and Charlie Kjer; his great grandchildren, Dulcie Ferguson and Yce Cruz; his godchild Claire Mardian; and his brothers, Roger Rohwedder (Linda) and Ronald Rohwedder (Rita).
