He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Emma Florence Randel (Wilper); and his siblings, Mary Wilson (Woodrow), Mildred Collins (Gene), Alvin Randel (Sonja) and Charles "Bud" Randel (Dana).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Dufur; his children, Bill Jr. Randel (Lori) and Linda Randel King (Donal King); his granddaughter Jodi Engel (Randy); and his siblings, Carl, Jim, Alice Borkosky, Barbara Cummins and Carol Terrell (Gary). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may directed to The Lennox Area Community Fund, FELC Endowment Fund or the Lennox School Lunch Pay Ahead Fund or charity of choice.
