She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kathol and Mary Kathol (Wiesler); and her siblings, Mary Kathol, Christine Kaberna (Kruse) and Arthur Kathol.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Stastny of Lennox; her children, Charles Stastny (Margaret), Joan (Ryan), Renz of Lennox, Wayne Nelson-Stastny (Jantina) of Yankton, Mary Hahne (Doug) of Hartington, NE and Carol Stastny of Freeman; and her sister Delores Sudbeck of Hartington, NE. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
