She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Grayson and Talea "Tillie" Grayson (Joseph Miller); her son Vernon Miller; her grandson Arvin Bleeker; and her son-in-law Dwaine Bleeker.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph T. Miller; her sisters, Yvonne Stroup and Joyce Bunjer; her daughters, Joan Bleeker and Lois Morgan; her grandchildren, Lyle Bleeker (Karen), Joy Hamre (Chuck), Darrell Bleeker (Stacie), Jan Schmidt (Jay), Tami Hoogestraat (Dale), Terri Burchfield, Stephanie Oien (Shane), Deb Phillips (MacKenzie), Joshua Morgan (Sam), Russell Morgan (Arissa) and Natalie Roberts (Wesley); and also, Tony and Rena Miller. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
LaVerne was blessed with excellent health but went to be with her Savior on Mother's Day, May 10, 2020 due to COVID-19 during the historic coronavirus pandemic.
