She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Diede; her grandson Justin DeYoung; her son-in-law Warren DeYoung; and her siblings, Mae, Esther, Alfred, Lela, Lucille, Floyd, Edna, Viola, Warren, Verna and Harold.
She is survived by: her former husband Ralph Maxwell; her children, Larry Maxwell (Judy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Kathy Gunderson (Gale) of Aberdeen, SD, Gary Maxwell (Shana Stone) of Watertown, SD, Darold Diede (Lanette) of Sioux Falls and Anna Schwartz (Frank) of Redfield, SD; and her sister-in-law June Shafer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
