He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Roth; his son Marlyn; his parents, John and Meta; his brothers, Ervin, William Grajczyk and Robert Roth; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Roth.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Haan (Alvin) of Chancellor, SD and Glenn DeVries of Graham, TX.; his grandchildren, Amber Heeren (Derek), Brandon Haan (Erin), Trent Haan (Nikki Schimelpfenig), Autumn Haan, Mandy Weller, Cody DeVries, Mark DeVries, Jacob DeVries (Krista Losh), Zachary DeVries (Bree), Remington Watkins, Maddison Watkins and TJ Watkins; his sister Ardell Penney (Ken) of Omaha, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Ardyth, Clarice Grajczyk of Sisseton, SD, Doris Roth of Alexandria, MN, Gene Roth (Martha) of New Effington, SD and Larry Roth (Barb) of Blaine, MN.
