Dena Iva Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dena Iva of Lennox, South Dakota, who passed away on July 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Buse and Margaret Buse (Gruis); her husband Harm E. Bruns; and her half-siblings, Mae Schutjer, Freda Julian and Justus Schutjer.
She is survived by: her children, Harley Bruns (Linda), Larry Bruns (Sharon) and Janet Hallstrom (Carl); and her grandchildren, Cindy Mather (Dell), Laurie Kruse (Paul), Kristi Koltz (Chris), Jennie Holland (Pete), Tammy Adney (Kevin), Lynnette Vargas (Soloman), Janell Horner (Korey), Jared Hallstrom and Nikolas Hallstrom. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, as well as other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to charity are requested.
