She is survived by: her children, Gailyn Hagena (Glenda), Lennox, Gordon Hagena (Sarah), Dr. Carilyn Van Kalsbeek (Brad) and Dr. Marilyn Landrum (Shawn); her grandchildren, Mitchell Van Kalsbeek, Mattea Van Kalsbeek, Micah Van Kalsbeek, Megan Van Kalsbeek, Austin Landrum, Christian Landrum, Karisa Hagena and Hannah Hagena; and her brother Bill Symens. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
