He was predeceased by: his parents, Milbert F. Hoffman and Pauline C. Hoffman (Sippert); and his brothers, Milo and Rick. He is survived by: his wife Karol K. Holdahl; his children, Kim Hoffman, Konnie (Bob), Ellis (Rapid City), Rory Hoffman and Reed Hoffman; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jesse Bojkovsky, Karissa and Justin Ellis; and his sister Diana Heinitz (Morristown). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
