He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Novak (Green); his brother Mark; his siblings-in-law, Leo, Orlee, Marvin, Jack, Carol and Pat; and his parents-in-law, Ole and Deborah Olson.
He is survived by: his uncles, Harvey and George; his children, Sue Novak, Dee Barr (Rob) and Ryan Novak (Emilee); his wife Sheila (Olson); his siblings, Daryl (Sabrina), Don (Becky) and Del Rae (Danny); his siblings-in-law, Clayton (Cynthia), Lois, Linda, Sheryl (Bobby), Elaine (Don) and Eve (Don); and his grandchildren, Emily (Adam) and Nick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
