He is survived by: his wife Barb (Wutzke); his son Jerome, Jr. (Terisina); his grandchildren, Coty, Joshua (Benny), Sean and Breece (Derek); his children, Wayne (Becky) and Roxy (Corey); his grandchildren, Jess (Chance), Cordel, Clarissa and Corbin; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Ruby and Ari; and his siblings, Rose Hintz, Jerome, Sr. and Theodore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
