With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Meier of Lemmon, South Dakota, born in Adams, North Dakota, who passed away on May 6, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Meier and Beata Meier (Fitterer); his wife Ellguvene Maychrzak; his son Kevin Meier; his siblings, Joe, Pete, Tom, Kasper, Jake, Barbara and Vyola; and his great grandchild Abbigale Wentz.
He is survived by: his children, Hugh Meier (Joyce) of Morrill, NE, Steven Meier (Alice) of Bismarck, ND, Sari Merriman (Rich) of Aberdeen, SD and Wendy Crow of Burnsville, MN; his grandchildren, Thomas Meier (Jess) of Bismarck, ND, Nicole Schantz (Brad) of Chanhassen, MN, Roxanne Merriman, Taylor Tarras (Brad) of Eau Claire, WI, Colton Crow of Chanhassen, MN, Curtis Wentz of Keystone, SD and Travis (Leslie); his sisters, Anna Roll of Dickinson, ND and Genevieve Schwahn (Charles) of Denver, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Schaff of Bismarck, ND, Florene Meier of Sioux Falls, SD and Mat Meier of Monroe, WA.. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
