He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sandwick and Lucinda Sandwick. He is survived by: his sons, Erik Sandwick and Mark Sandwick; and his grandchildren, Sarah Cabrera (Sandwick), Jon Sandwick, Rebecca Sandwick and Jessica Davis (Sandwick).
