He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Moser and Lula Moser (Rhoads); and his siblings, Robert, Howard, Ralph Moser, Viola Kasparek, Mavis Weisinger, Mary Ellen Moser and Dorothy Lorius.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Svihovec; his sister-in-law Joan Klucker of Bismarck, ND; his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Pauline Svihovec of Bismarck, ND.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren.
