She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Weishaar and Vera Weishaar (Perry); her husband David Brodehl; her siblings, Clinton and Mildred Skretteberg; her brother-in-law Rod Skretteberg; and her son-in-law Martin Ketterling.

She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Ketterling, Delores Schatz, Barbara Heaton and Alice Fitterer; her son-in-law David Heaton; and her grandchildren, Latasha (Brian) and Zuroff.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Elgin, ND.
