He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. C. A. Johnson and Ruth Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Carol of Lemmon, SD; his daughter Heather Johnson; his son-in-law Ilo; his grandsons, Rafael, Quentin and Luca Romero Lauro of Allison Park, PA; his daughter Heidi Schrock; his son-in-law Joel; and his siblings, Dan Johnson of Scottsdale, AZ, Karen Uesugi (Isao) of Upland, CA and Carla Johnson of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
