It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Merritt Harvey of Lead, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bryan Harvey and Carrie Harvey (Merritt); his wife Barbara Harvey; his children, Don Harvey (Shirley) of Lead, SD, Diana Ringling (Bob) of Lead, SD, Lynn Simmons (Matt) of Rapid City, SD, Karen Eidsness (Gene) of Stanwood, WA and Dave Harvey (Carol) of Arlington, WA; his siblings, Carol Backens (Vern) of Spearfish, SD, Lyle Harvey of Belle Fourche, SD, Verne Harvey (Betty) and Joan Sisson (Bill); his sister-in-law Gladys Harvey; and his great grandchild Kyle James Harvey. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
