He is survived by: his former wife Lois Park; his daughters, Degree and Counseling; his wife Mona Sieveke; his siblings, Marjorie Hartis of Charlotte, NC and Terry Tinker (Dianne) of Richmond, VA; his daughters, Debra Tinker of Sturgis and Cindy Specht (Brian) of Deadwood; his stepchildren, Deborah Keckler (Darryll), Sandra Wood and Brian Sieveke; his grandchildren, J. C. Charles, Jessica Charles and Allison Specht; and his stepgrandchildren, Shawn, Travis (Cheri), Julie Covell, Oliver Burgoyne (Crystal), Jarred Burgoyne, Gabe Burgoyne (Tosha) and Matthew Burgoyne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
