We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2019, at the age of 60, Philip Duane Prorok (Lead, South Dakota), born in Columbus, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Zita M. Prorok (Kuntz); and his grandparents, Sal, Clara Prorok, Jacob and Mary Kuntz.

He is survived by: his father Duane S. Prorok; and his siblings, Greg (Linda) of Elkhorn, NE, Christine Jensen (Mark) of Pickett, WI, Vicki Heeren (Doug) of LeMars, IA, Ronald Prorok (Missy) of Marshall, MN and Patrick Prorok of Onawa, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and good friends.

Memorial in lieu of flowers to: Genoa Indian Industrial School Museum and can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
