He is survived by: his parents, Jane Vogt and Kenneth Vogt; his wife Amber; his daughters, Jaysa and Ainsley; his parents-in-law, Randy and Anita Aker; his sister Jessica Park (Dan Park); his sisters-in-law, Alayna Siemonsma (Matt Siemonsma) and Nicole Stark (Les Stark); his nephews, Toby Schmidt (Tracy Owen), Ian Siemonsma, Ty Siemonsma and Theo Park; and his niece Margaux Park.
In lieu of flowers, an educational fund for Jaysa and Ainsley has been established.
