With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet Cudmore of Lead, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Janet left this world on February 15, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Fust and Mary Ann Fust (Manikowski); her husband Theodore D. Cudmore Sr.; her daughter Mary Ann Cudmore; and her siblings, Suzanne Malstrom, Joe and Don Fust.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Grace Fuchs (Ray) of Bowman, Wanda Marie Matt (Duane) of Aurora, Colorado, Brenda Lynn Cavanagh (Robert) of Mountain Home, Idaho and Theodore D. Cudmore, Jr. (LeaAnn) of Lead; her grandchildren, Bryant, Bonnie, Becki, Zachary, Jesse, Hunter, Colton and Caden; her siblings, David Fust (Alyce), Walter Fust (Joanne), Roger Fust (Nancy), Richard Fust (Sandra) and Judy Swanson; and her family Janet. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (141 Siever St, Lead, SD 57754). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
