He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Bernal, Sr.; his grandparents, Louis, Beatrice Bernal, Rick and Arvilla Shea; his parents-in-law, Dwane Lewis and Gussie Lewis; and his brother-in-law Mark Lewis.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Bernal (Shea) of Lovington, NM; his wife Julie Bernal (Lewis); his daughters, Megan Bernal and Alyssa Bernal of Lead, SD; his siblings, Deana Herr (Damon) of Fair Oaks, CA. and Chris Bernal of Las Vegas, NV; and his nephews, Aaron Herr and Ethan Herr of Reno, NV. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
