He is survived by: his wife Mona; his children, Michele Smith (Ron) of Brookings, SD, Michael Gunderson (Audra) of Estelline, SD and Daniel Gunderson (Jackie) of Lake Preston, SD.; his grandchildren, Kyle Coyle, Levi Smith, Jessica Smith, Mathew Smith, Megan Smith, Tate Gunderson, Ava Gunderson and Sawyer Gunderson; his siblings, Randy Gunderson (Lynn), Nancy Gunderson (Paul Drobney), Cathy Gunderson (Lyle Hovda) and Wendy Cook (Bill); and his sister-in-law Jean Gunderson.
