He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Lensegrav, Hanna, George Iversen and Gladys Wallace; his stepfather Jack Cain; and his nephew Kylin Kotek.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Wallace (Bob) and Louise Cain (Lensegrav); his wife Carolyn Wallace; his children, Kaylee MacArthur (Kenton), Kendra Wallace, Kyann Buchanan (Garrett) and Christopher Wallace; his granddaughters, Jerika Stabler and Scout MacArthur; his sister Carla Wallace; his nephew Cory Kotek; and his siblings-in-law, Vic and Connie Erlacher.
