He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Riter; his sons, Douglas Riter (Debbie D.), Robyn Riter (Karen) and Kendell Riter; his grandchildren, Drew Riter (Cassie), Devon Riter (Margerie Durban), Dana Jorgensen (Brett), Scott Riter (Michelle) and Rebecca Tillma (Ryan); his siblings, Lloyd Riter, Joyce Schoenbeck and Janet Jacobsen; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Jaron Riter, Bradley, Landon Riter, Milo, Abe Jorgensen, Annalise Riter and Baby Tillma; and his sister-in-law Darlene Buller (Wimpy). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
