He is survived by: his children, Wendy Sand (Perry) of Lake Poinsett, SD, Steven Hansen (Cinnamon) of Dell Rapids, SD and Scott Hansen (Heather) of Dell Rapids, SD.; his grandchildren, Devon Clubb (Wes) of DeSmet, SD, Dana Sand (Michelle) of Brookings, SD, Hunter Hansen of Dell Rapids, Aspen Hansen of Dell Rapids, Hayden Hansen of Dell Rapids and Harper Hansen of Dell Rapids; his great grandchildren, Griffin Clubb, Neva Clubb, Nash Clubb of DeSmet, Oliver Sand, Lennon Sand and Koen Sand of Brookings, SD.; his sister Valerie Rice of Grafton, ND; his brother-in-law Gary Mapes of West Fargo, ND; and his close friend Jan Dedrickson of Aberdeen, SD. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
