It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Wilgers (Lake City, South Dakota), who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Lillian Wilgers (Walton); and his brothers, Donald, Richard and Wayne Wilgers.
He is survived by: his wife Verona Wilgers of Britton; his children, Becky Freeman (Ron) of New Underwood, SD, Bill Wilgers (Jeannie Wright) of Scottsdale, AZ and Ken Wilgers (Holly) of Vidor, TX; his grandchildren, Chad Freeman, Casey Carmichael (Brady), Lindsay Bourg (Chad), Laurie Lilly (Ryan), Kenny Wilgers, Jr, Ryan Wilgers (Sarah), Cullen Duclion (Slate), Curran Wilgers, Skylar Wilgers, Sheridan Wilgers, Maritu Wilgers and Mamush Wilgers; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Vance, Callie, Ryder, Coy and Hadley.
