He is survived by: his wife Charlotte of Wagner; his siblings, Ernest N. of Lake Andes, Richard Dvorak (Leatha) of Lake Andes, Darlene Wuest of Lodi, CA and Jeanice Anderson of Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Dvorak (Karen) of Lake Andes, Larry Dvorak of Mount Vernon and Jack Anderson of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
