She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin White Hawk and Dorothy McLain; her brothers, Thomas White Hawk and Thurston White Hawk; and her grandson Ethan Flying Hawk.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Flying Hawk; her daughters, April (Justus) and Candace (Ed); her grandsons, Jacob, Paul and Nathaniel; her sons, Nate (Sarah), Paul and Jake (JoMarie); her grandchildren, Lewis, Ann Marie, Anthony, Nehemiah, Kingsley, Knightley, Jayla, Jalise, Wimima, Edward, Samuel, Grace, Tyrone and Lillian; and her great-grand babies, Easton, Emmett and Ikimna.
