She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Medicine Horn Jr. and Charity Wood (Kiyukan); and her siblings, Cornelius Provost, Purcell Provost, Harold Provost, Jerry Stone, Vera Provost and Thelma Myers (Wood).
She is survived by: her siblings, Lawrence Kiyukan Sr., Terry Provost, Alden Medicine Horn, Louie Medicine Horn, Andy Wood Jr., Percy Dion, Diane Houseman (Stone), Amy LaPointe and Christine Selwyn; and her children, Arthur, Marcella, Timothy, Elizabeth, Yolanda, Jerry and Vanessa. She is also survived by her 28 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
Eunice Marie was born on March 24, 1948 to Charles Medicine Horn Jr. and Charity (Kiyukan) Wood.
