He was predeceased by: his mother Lorna Apple (Janis); his grandparents, Beatrice Janis (White Weasel), Chester Benjamin Janis, Dora Apple (Big Boy) and Anthony Apple; his aunts and uncles, Theresa Apple (Janis), Eileen Janis, Dale Janis and Clarence Janis; his cousins, Corey Apple, Darrell Janis II and Adam Janis; his nieces, Angel Yellow Thunder and Kayza Jean Red Owl; and his nephew Horatio Apple.
He is survived by: his father Marvin James Apple, Sr.; his son Dale Apple; his siblings, Mark Apple, Charles Apple, Chester Apple, Maurice Apple, Toni Apple, Eileen Apple, Crystal Apple and Kimberly Apple; and his grandsons, Justice Shangreaux, Kyson Shangreaux, Josiah Apple and Khlaio Apple.
A wake will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Apple Residence North Route. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
