She was predeceased by: her father Wilson "Kenneth" Janis; her grandparents, Wilson K. Janis, Sr., Alice F. Janis (Fool Head), Dallas and Nancy Yellow Thunder; and her aunts, Evelyn Long Soldier, Ora Janis and Mabel Janis.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Janis; her son Trenton Janis-Iron (Morgan Pourier); her siblings, Kennita W. Janis, Janelle L. Janis, Wilson "Willie" Janis and Robert Lee Janis; her nieces and nephews, Tyson, Ayden Fire Thunder, Landon Janis, Kenlee Bettelyoun and Bailey Jo Janis; her uncle Robert; her aunt Phinette Anaya; and her nieces and nephews, Hope Lee Fire Thunder, Evie Long Soldier, Jarrod Whistler and Shawn "Fonz" Long Soldier. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
