She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schlepuetz and Anna Schlepuetz (Blasius); her husband Merlin Chmela; and her siblings, Herb, Wilfred "Bud", Leonard Schlepuetz, Geneva Miner and Lucille Kubik.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Chmela (Mary), Diana McGregor (Kelly) and Nancy Munger (Norman); and her great grandchildren, Marissa (Nick), Miller, Amanda (Andrew), Wixon, Lucas Chmela (Paige), Brandi (John), Jason (Robin), McGregor, Kyle (Caitlyn), Jennifer Munger, Jessamy Truman and Natalie Munger.
