It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Rybak of Kimball, South Dakota, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rybak and Katherine Rybak (Koch); his siblings, John Rybak and Mary Ann; his brother-in-law Marvin Chmela; and his niece Lori.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Schoen of Kimball, SD; his children, Chris Rybak (Antonia "Toni") of Coleridge, NE, Daniel Rybak (Melissa) of Platte, SD, Eric Rybak (Maxine) of Columbus, NE, Michael Rybak (Becky) of Kimball, SD, Beth Lugert (Alan) of Davenport, IA and Anne Whitfield (Mikail) of Atchison, KS; and his sisters, Joanne Chmela of Mitchell, SD, Delores Overweg (Duane) of Kimball, SD, Margaret Yelenik (Barry) of Manalapan, NJ, Gen Bono (Ray) of Rolla, MO and Roz Gordon (Dale) of Boonville, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
