She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Geppert and Margaret Geppert (Lucas); her husband Leonard Urban; her son Raymond Urban; her son-in-law James Barr; her grandsons, Kelly Urban and Thomas Barr; and her siblings, Lillian Blasius, Myrtle Spier, Clarence Geppert, William Geppert, Adolph Geppert, Mildred Hora, Margaret Maiers, Ernest Geppert Leonard Geppert and Jane Geppert.

She is survived by: her sons, Ray and Dick Urban (Karen) of Hillsboro, WI; her grandchildren, Sheila Eisermann (Chris), Kinza, Chloe, Jacob, Stacie Bosley (Sam), Mason, Sydney, Marcus, Gina Auel (Eric), Payton, Andrea, Lauren, Rick Urban (Sadie), Reed, Tess, Brian Urban (Liz Arthur) and Lily; her daughter Diane Barr (Ken) of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Gary Barr (Linda) and Kristoffer Barr; her son Dennis Urban (Ginger) of Kimball, SD; her grandchildren, Jeff Urban, Bailee, Spencer, Jason Urban (Marcey), Devan, Cole, Sarah, Chad Urban (Robyn), Mariah, Dawson and Skyler Urban (Sophia Strubbe); her daughter-in-law Jan Urban of Pukwana, SD; her children, Michael Urban (Nichole), Anthony, Allison, Ryan Urban (Samantha), Trace, Huntley, Rhett, Briggs, Tara Wieczorek (Kyle), Reagan, Emma, Carter, Brooklynn Kieffer (Ross), Savanna and Sullivan; and her siblings-in-law, Agnes Geppert, Janice Geppert and Bob Urban (Pat). She is also survived by her children, 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Social distancing and masks are preferred.
