He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Zwetzig and Ellen Zwetzig (Ebel); his wife Lynn C. Zwetzig; his daughter Amy Lynn Zwetzig; and his brother Frank D. Zwetzig (Arlene Robinson).
He is survived by: his children, Steven Alex Zwetzig, Brian Lance Zwetzig and Jane Lavonne Johnson (Zwetzig). He is also survived by his three children and their spouses, 8 grandchildren and their spouses, 18 great grandchildren, 4 great- great grandchildren, 4 brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
