He is survived by: his parents, Doug Johnson and Gloria Johnson (Heisinger); his brothers, Chad (Darcy) and Beau (Lindsey); his nephews, Gunner, Maverick, Layton and Henry (Hank); and his grandmother Avys Johnson (Fosness). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
