We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2022, at the age of 60, Rod J. Bowar of Kennebec, South Dakota, born in Pierre, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bowar; his former wife Donna Bromwich; his son Laddy Christensen; and his granddaughter Tyra. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Bowar (Tagtow); his wife Nancy; his children, Chaz Bowar (Amy), Tiarra Bowar of Kennebec, Troy Christensen of San Francisco, Elisha Tiede (Brent) of Ethan and Alexis Rumbolz; his sister Dana Mehrer (Arlen) of Harrold; and his grandchildren, Jordon Pond, Jesse, Colton Tiede, Ashlyn, Carter and Chloe Collins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
