He was predeceased by: his parents, Emel Halvorson and Ruth Halvorson; his children, Judith Anne and Ricky Dean; and his siblings, Beverly, Lyle, Wanda and Harlan.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Lynette Gerard; his children, Curtis Eugene and Marsha Lynn; his son-in-law Jerry; and his siblings, Gary, Larry, Joyce and Kathy. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren.
