It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Floyd of Kennebec, South Dakota, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Floyd and Ruth Floyd (Beale); his grandparents, Esther (Essie), George Floyd, May and Dale Beale; and his brother Dale Beale, Jr..

He is survived by: his sister Lynda; his children, Grady George (Sara), Cheyenne Garnos (Quint) and Cassidy Hieb (Lowell); his grandchildren, Gayt, Kayt, McCall, Texi, Mesa Garnos, Michelle Willrodt (Frank), Jeff Hieb (Jenna), Joe Hieb, Tyson, Teagan (Gourneau), Taydem and Tracen Floyd; his great grandchildren, Rayne, Ella, Charlie, Jack Hieb (Jeff), Luka and Zoey Willrodt (Michelle); and his grandson Titan Gourneau.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent in order to promote and potentially establish a hospice program in the Lyman County area in Skip's name.
