He is survived by: his spouse Gloria of Hot Springs, SD; his children, Rod Bowar of Kennebec, SD and Dana Mehrer (Arlen) of Harrold, SD; his grandchildren, Chaz Bowar (Amy) of Kennebec, SD, Tiarra Bowar-Choal (Heath) of Kennebec, SD and Troy Christensen of San Francisco, CA; and his great grandchildren, Jordon Pond, Jesse Bowar, Kaden Choal and Ryker Choal.
