He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jezek of Kaylor, SD; his children, Tom Jezek of Kaylor, SD, Cindy Herr (John) of Tea, SD, Connie Tinney (Brian) of Farmington, MN and Cheri Strombeck (Barry) of Farmington, SD; and his grandchildren, Tanner Herr, Brittany Strombeck, Brett Herr and Brady Strombeck.
