It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verda Anderson of Kadoka, South Dakota, born in Wanblee, South Dakota, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Price Pinney and Mildred Pinney (Morsett); her husband Robert L. Anderson; her sons, Robert Louis Anderson, Jr. and Curt Anderson; her foster father Curt; her children, Chris, Misti and Curtis Anderson of Kadoka; her grandchildren, Chris, Misti and Bobby Anderson; her great grandchildren, Gracie Lynn and Braxton Lee Anderson; her brother Terry Pinney (Karen) of Philip; her stepsister Bernadine Sitting Holy of Wanblee; her siblings, Joanne Carpenter, Barb Eisenbraun, Fern Tuttle, Mae Leikam, Dick and Bud Pinney; her siblings-in-law, Norma Moser, Virginia Kelsey, Joe Kelsey and Fudder Moser; and her close friend Max Wagoner. She was also cherished by other step-siblings, relatives, and friends.
