He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice; his parents, Ross and Cuma; his siblings, Melvin and Mildred; and his daughter-in-law Carol Hicks.
He is survived by: his sons, Newton of Utica, Joseph of Midland and Theodore (Arlene) of Kadoka; his grandchildren, Kassie, Jarred, Nate (Kristen), Matt and Elizabeth (Jon); and his sister Deloris of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
