It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine F. Devries of Kadoka, South Dakota, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Mary Boeckman; her husband Fritz DeVries; her son Don DeVries; and her sister Thelma Sogge. She is survived by: her children, Kate and Fritz; her sister Anna Mae Kimball of Duluth, Minnesota; her daughter Ruth Ann Niehoff (Dennis) of Carson City, Nevada; her grandchildren, Ben, Andrew, Donyo, Rebekah and Abby (Keith); her daughter-in-law Dana DeVries of Rapid City; and her granddaughters-in-law, Terri (Eric), Kelli (Shane) and Kerri (Andy). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
