He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Willsey and Mary Martha Willsey (Pettyjohn); his daughter Jennifer Marie Anderson Willsey; and his sister Ruth. He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy of California, Linda of North Carolina, Gail of Tennessee and Cathy of Nebraska; his close friend Bonnie Riggings of Kadoka; and his cousin Brett Prang (Tammy) of Kadoka. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
