He was predeceased by: his father Jerome L. "Jerry" Stilwell; his son McKenzie Stilwell; his sister Jenna Mae Stilwell; and his grandparents, Helma, Jerome E. Stilwell, John and Ellen Arends.
He is survived by: his mother JoAnne Stilwell of Kadoka; his children, Mason, Madison of Kadoka and Kasandra Jo of Rapid City; and his siblings, Lori Fitzgerald (Mark) of Gillette, WY, Jeff Stilwell of Lenoir, NC and Jerry Stilwell (Jeanne) of Lenoir, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
