We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2023, Elmer Williams of Kadoka, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Katharine Rebecca Williams and James Louis Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ince of Rapid City and Albert Williams of Vermont. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
He became a volunteer at the Jackson County Library until COVID put a damper on outings.
